This Privacy Policy explains how Joshua R. Flores, PLLC ("the Firm," "we," "us") handles information collected through trustflores.com (the "Site").

Information you send us

The Site provides a contact form and lists a telephone number and email address. If you use the form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, telephone number, the subject of your inquiry, whether a legal proceeding is already pending, and any message you write. We collect this information only because you chose to send it.

Please read this before you use the contact form. Sending information through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and information you send is not privileged or confidential. Until we have run a conflicts check and both agreed in writing that we represent you, we may already represent someone whose interests are adverse to yours, and we may be unable to keep what you send confidential or to decline to use it. Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically by us and by service providers acting on our behalf. This includes the pages you view and how long you spend on them, the site or search engine that referred you, your approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, your device type, browser, operating system, and screen size, and your interactions with the page such as clicks, scrolling, and cursor movement.

Analytics and session replay

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. We use Google Search Console to see aggregate, non-identifying data about the search queries that surface the Site. We use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, to view heatmaps and anonymized replays of visitor sessions.

Microsoft Clarity records cursor movement, clicks, scrolling, and the content of the pages as they are displayed. The contents of form input fields are masked by Clarity in all masking modes and are not visible to us in any recording. Google and Microsoft process this information as our service providers and also in accordance with their own privacy policies.

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your information by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Microsoft provides opt-out information at the address listed in Clarity's terms. You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, as described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries and evaluate whether we can assist you; to run a conflicts check; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to understand which pages and referral sources are useful; and to comply with our legal and professional obligations, including the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.

Service providers

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information to the following service providers, each of which is contractually limited to processing it on our behalf:

• Wix.com Ltd. — website hosting, contact form, and contact records.

• Google LLC — analytics, tag management, and search performance reporting.

• Microsoft Corporation — heatmaps and session replay.

• Make (make.com) and Clio (Themis Solutions Inc.) — intake routing and practice management.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or the rules governing our professional conduct, or to establish or defend legal claims.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions are retained in our contact records for as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and to maintain our conflicts records, which we keep on the schedule applicable to our practice. Google Analytics retains user-level event data for 14 months. Microsoft Clarity retains session recordings for 30 days and aggregated heatmap and click data for 9 months.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and our hosting and analytics providers maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send sensitive case information through this Site.

Your choices and rights

You may decline to use the contact form and reach us by telephone instead. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to appeal a refusal. The Firm qualifies as a small business under the Small Business Administration standards referenced in that Act and is therefore exempt from most of its requirements. We nonetheless honor requests of this kind as a matter of practice. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We do not sell sensitive personal data.

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
