Joshua R. Flores ("Josh") exclusively focuses on estate, trust, and guardianship disputes — Fiduciary Litigation.  Josh built his litigation career at two respected Texas firms, rising from Associate to Shareholder/Partner and earning a name for thorough, trial-ready preparation. Josh's philosophy is simple: treat every matter as if it's going to trial, because that discipline and diligence will protect a client's best interests.

Josh has tried multiple cases resulting in unanimous jury verdicts, won countless dispositive motions and positioned many clients to receive strong settlements in high-stakes fiduciary conflicts, including matters involving some of Texas' most institutional and influential families.
 
It was this track record that led a Texas bank to recruit Josh into a very different kind of role: Chief Fiduciary Officer.  In this role, Josh led a fiduciary team that grew to more than $4 billion in assets in less than three years. As a corporate fiduciary leader, no longer just litigating fiduciary disputes from the outside, Josh oversaw and implemented the internal operations, decision-making, and risk management practices that fiduciaries are judged by. As a result, Josh understands both sides of every fiduciary conflict: (i) how fiduciaries build their processes and defend their decisions, and (ii) how those same processes fail and give rise to breach claims.
